The "Agentur für Arbeit (the German equivalent of the British Department of Employment and Pensions / Job Centre)" in Hanau and later additionally in Frankfurt /Main started an new way of placing unemployed people. This innovative project is called AVOi.
The name AVOi stands for Arbeits- (Labour) Vermittlungs- (Placement) Offensive (Offensive) innovative (Innovative). It's a new way of placement that considers the needs of employers as well as of employees. Evidently this project takes care of all the needs of a seeking employer and increases the chances of unemployed people to find a suitable job.
AVOi enables the soon-to-be employee to present his skills in a timely manner directly with the employers representative in charge. Your application will be positioned in a remarkably way with your possible employer. Taking part in the AVOi project requires your personal contribution also. Besides your willingness to join the project, we need your complete data including CV, references and a picture.

Your official in charge at the job centre decides, if you are eligible to participate in the project. Upon positive decision you will receive a voucher for participating. Then you need to hand over your complete application and the voucher to the AVOi-team. Your data will be processed electronically for the immediate presentation to potential employers. This unique presentation will be held through the interactive internet connection while youri AVOi team is unveiling your skills in a phone conversation. Your advantage of being outstanding compared to your competitors in the job market. As a remarkable applicant you will increase your amount of pre-qualified interview appointments. If the interview has been successful, you should be able to sign your contract within a short period of time.
