The "Agentur für Arbeit (the German equivalent of the British Department of Employment and Pensions / Job Centre)" in Hanau and later additionally in Frankfurt/Main started a new way of placing unemployed people. This innovative project is called AVOi. The name AVOi stands for Arbeits- (Labour) Vermittlungs- (Placement) Offensive (Offensive) innovativ (Innovative). It's a new way of placement that considers the needs of employers as well as of employees. Evidently this project takes care of all the needs of a seeking employer and increases the chances of unemployed people to find a suitable job.
Wili GmbH Hanau developed a solution which enables a possible employer to visually get connected through an internet presentation of the application profile on a secured line, while discussing all aspects via telephone conversation. Within this conversation with the AVOi consultant the employer is getting a first important impression of the applicant and his qualifications.
